What this site collects

Short version: almost nothing. This website has no analytics, no advertising pixels and no third-party tracking scripts of any kind.

Cookies

One cookie, named locale. It is set only when you choose a language with the switcher, it stores nothing but en or sq, and it exists so the site opens in your language next time. It expires after a year and you can clear it in your browser at any point. There are no analytics or advertising cookies to decline, which is why you are not asked to dismiss a cookie banner here.

The contact form

The form on our contact page does not submit anything to a server. What you type stays in your browser, and pressing send composes a WhatsApp message for you to review and send yourself. Nothing is stored on this website, and if you close the page without sending, nothing leaves your device. Once you do send it, the message is handled by WhatsApp under their own privacy terms.

When you contact us directly

If you reach us by WhatsApp, phone or email, we keep what you send, including any reference photos and event details, for as long as we need it to quote your enquiry and complete your order. We do not sell it, share it for marketing or add you to a mailing list. Ask us and we will tell you what we hold or delete it.

Fonts, images and hosting

Typefaces and images are served from this site itself rather than from a content delivery network or a font service, so loading a page does not report your visit to a third party. The site is hosted on Vercel, whose servers keep routine request logs in the normal course of serving a website. A small service worker runs in your browser purely to clear caches left by an older version of the site.

Links away from here

Our Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and WhatsApp links take you to those platforms, which collect data under their own policies once you arrive. Nothing about your visit here is passed to them beforehand.
