About this design
A white tier with a dense wreath of pink baby's breath and wax flowers around the top edge and a second ring at the base, piped shells beneath the flowers, and the birthday message, name and age written in pink across the top. The fresh flowers go on last so they stay full, and the wreath can be built in white or in a colour that matches the party.
