Floral Elegance

Fresh flowers and sugar flowers both appear here and they behave differently. Fresh peonies, roses and tulips are dressed onto the cake close to the event and follow whatever is genuinely in season. Sugar flowers are made in advance, so the exact colour can be matched and they hold up through a long evening in a warm room.

Where a couple wants figures on the cake, they are modelled for the order rather than bought in, which is what lets them resemble the actual couple, the real dress or the ring. That work is done ahead of the delivery date, so it helps to send reference photos early.
